Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using aimagetools (the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
You are responsible for your use of the Service and must not use it for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity. The official image tools process raw image files locally in your browser; the tools do not upload raw image files to our servers. The Service is currently free to use, with unlimited official UI edits supported by advertising. Do not circumvent usage or account controls or knowingly introduce malicious code. Because some processing is local, client-side controls cannot technically prevent every attempt to bypass them, and these Terms still apply.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding content you provide), remains the property of aimagetools and its licensors. You retain all rights to images you process using the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aimagetools and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; third-party conduct or content; content obtained from the Service; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of transmissions or content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless aimagetools, its licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of or access to the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. We will post revised Terms here and update the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, subject to any rights that apply under mandatory law.
Service Changes
The Service is currently free to use and supported by advertising; no paid plans are offered today. If paid features are introduced in the future, we will update these Terms before anything is charged. We may suspend or terminate access, or update or discontinue the Service, for misuse, security reasons, or operational reasons, subject to applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. If we do not enforce a right or provision immediately, that does not waive it.
