我們如何處理您的資料
我們收集與處理的資訊
aimagetools 會為帳號功能處理資料，但這不代表圖片檔案會被上傳。Firebase 透過電子郵件/密碼及 Google 驗證提供登入服務，會處理帳號識別碼、電子郵件地址、電子郵件驗證狀態與驗證提供者。Cloudflare Worker 與 D1 資料庫會處理帳號識別碼與每日使用紀錄。聯絡請求也可能包含您提交的內容與必要技術資料；聯絡表單可能包含姓名、電子郵件地址、主旨、訊息。帳號建立與電子郵件驗證用於帳號功能；圖片處理仍在本機進行。
檔案處理
官方圖片工具會在您的網頁瀏覽器本機處理選取的圖片並產生結果。工具不會將原始圖片檔案上傳至我們的伺服器，也不會在伺服器儲存或處理這些檔案。這項本機處理說明不包含帳號、使用量或聯絡紀錄；這些紀錄可能依本政策在伺服器端處理。
Cookie、分析與廣告
依您所在地區、同意選擇及適用法規，aimagetools 可能使用 Google Analytics 分析網站使用與效能、Google AdSense 提供廣告、Microsoft Clarity 分析點選與頁面互動，以及 Vercel Speed Insights 收集網站效能資料。這些服務可能處理 Cookie 或類似技術、IP 位址、瀏覽器與裝置資料、造訪頁面、來源網址及互動資訊。分析與廣告只在適用時啟用。我們會將 Cookie 同意選擇儲存在瀏覽器的 localStorage，並依所在地區與適用法規更新 Google Analytics 設定；您也可以透過瀏覽器或 Google 設定管理選擇。
第三方服務與資料分享
第三方服務包括：Firebase 的電子郵件/密碼及 Google 驗證、Cloudflare Worker 與 D1 的帳號與使用量紀錄，以及聯絡表單使用的 Google Cloud Firestore。Google Analytics、Google AdSense、Microsoft Clarity 與 Vercel Speed Insights 也可能只在適用時使用；若啟用 Firebase App Check，Google reCAPTCHA 會用於防止自動化濫用，聯絡通知也可能透過 Slack Webhook 傳送。這些供應商依各自的隱私權政策與服務條款處理資料，資料可能在您所在國家或地區以外處理。

資料安全與保存
工具處理的原始圖片檔案不會上傳至我們的伺服器。帳號、使用量、聯絡與安全紀錄只在提供服務、履行法律義務、處理爭議及防止濫用所需期間保存。我們使用 HTTPS 連線，但任何網路服務都無法保證絕對安全。若要查詢、更正或刪除與帳號或聯絡表單相關的資料，請依本政策所列電子郵件地址與我們聯絡。
本隱私政策的變更
服務、資料處理方式或法律要求變更時，我們可能修改本隱私權政策。我們會在此公布修訂版並更新「最後更新」日期。請定期查看本政策。
